Installation SPSS 16.0.1

PSMB Shah Alam telah mengedarkan perisian SPSS ver 16.0.1 baru2 ini. Terdapat sedikit perubahan untuk mengaktifkan Licensed yang telah diberi. Semasa installation, user akan memasukkan Authorization Code yang telah diberikan oleh pihak PSMB. Bila selesai proses installation, user hendaklah membuka program Licensed Authorization Wizard yang disediakan oleh SPSS untuk mendapatkan licensed yang sah.

Sila ikuti langkah2 di bawah:-

1. Launch license authorization wizard. Click -> Start
2. Select “ Use Authorization code via email” Click -> next ( must have email uitm)*
3. Enter ur attached Authorization Code & details of ur company. Once done, click “send Email”
4. Check ur mailbox. Find mail sent from service@spss.com and resend to license@spss.com.my
5. U will receive your license code. Once received, launch License Authorization Wizard again and the new license code.

note : * Oleh kerana ada masanya sistem Lotus Notes tidak berfungsi in terms of accessing to outsider, anda juga boleh menggunakan email lain (yahoo, gmail, msn, etc ) tetapi pastikan at the footer, anda meletakkan signature yang mempunyai email rasmi UiTM.

Email dari spss.com.my yang mengandungi License No dan Authorization Code akan dihantar. Ikut arahan yang diberikan oleh pihak SPSS iaitu:-

Instructions to update the license code for SPSS- site environment:
1) Click on the "Start Menu", select All Programs > SPSS Inc > SPSS 16 > Click SPSS 16.0 License Authorization Wizard
2) Select "License my product now", click on the "Next" button
3) Type the Authorization Code in the "Enter Code" box. Click on the "Next" button
4) Choose the "Telephone" option, click on the "Next" button to continue.
5) Copy & Paste (Ctrl V) the License Code that matches with the Lock Code. Click on the "Next" button
6) Click on the "Finish" button. You have successfully updated the license code.

Untuk makluman, setiap code adalah untuk satu installation. Oleh yang demikian, adalah dinasihatkan email yang digunakan adalah untuk user yang anda install.

Sekiranya untuk tujuan testing, SPSS 16.0.1 menyediakan trial version untuk 14 hari.
